BIS was built around a common challenge in manufacturing facilities:

Maintenance teams often have the knowledge to improve the operation, but not enough time or capacity to keep up with breakdowns, PMs, backlog, projects, documentation, and staffing changes. 

BIS was created to provide experienced, practical maintenance support when internal teams need additional capacity.


Hands-On Industrial Experience

Benoit Industrial Solutions was founded by Gary Benoit, who brings more than 15 years of hands-on industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, leadership, and support experience. 

That experience shapes how BIS approaches safety, troubleshooting, documentation, maintenance planning, and support for manufacturing teams.


Our Approach

BIS believes the strongest maintenance support starts with understanding the problem before trying to solve it.

BIS is not intended to replace the internal maintenance team. 

The goal is to support the existing maintenance team with experienced hands, clear communication, practical troubleshooting, and maintenance work that helps keep equipment moving.
